3 rounds of
50 step ups @18" box w/ 2 x 18# kb's
1) 2:30
2) 2:16
3) 2:20
1 minute rest between each round.
3 rounds of
50 step ups @12" box w/ 2 x 18# kb's
1) 1:51
2) 1:45
3) 1:36
1 minute rest between each round.
Then
8 rowing intervals of 20 seconds work 10 second rest.
(819 meters)
